Phil loves the outdoors and is a keen runner and cyclist. A serial learner, he enjoys bringing disconnected ideas together. Shortlisted for this year’s UKGBC Rising Star Award, Phil has contributed to industry reference reports on Health, Wellbeing and Productivity. As part of his doctorate research in stakeholder engagement and sustainable decision making he developed approaches to bring together human values with quantitative performance data for complex projects. He completed this whilst working for one of the world’s most respected engineering companies through trialing the approaches on client's projects. He has led the development of sustainability strategies and frameworks with some of the world's most progressive organisations.
