The talk, titled "Understanding the Total Impact of Our Projects in a Net Zero World," will showcase how Landarna offers some of the capability of Keyland’s Valuation Model to everyone.
3ADAPT will partner on a farmer led DEFRA Test & Trial Project facilitated by Lizzie Hulton-Harrop of Pollardine Farm. This will seek to quantify the impact of land management plans developed by farmers.

On 31st January 2022, Lancaster City Council unanimously granted planning permission for the landmark project. This is a huge milestone towards making Eden Project North a reality. 3ADAPT provided sustainability advice to support the project’s development.
