Landarna, the innovative web platform developed by 3ADAPT, is expanding the reach of sustainable development by building on the foundation of Keyland’s award winning Six Capitals Valuation Model. As a leading sustainability consultancy and software developer, 3ADAPT is excited to share the insights and benefits of Landarna at the UK Real Estate Infrastructure Investment Forum (UKREIIF) on Wednesday, 17th May from 09:45 to 10:15. The talk, titled "Understanding the Total Impact of Our Projects in a Net Zero World," will showcase how Landarna offers some of the capability of Keyland’s Valuation Model to everyone.

During the event, the team will showcase the functionality and ease of use of the Landarna platform through adding Keyland Development’s land portfolio and performing an initial impact assessment to demonstrate the additional value targeted through their developments. The demonstration will highlight Landarna's ability to quickly import land portfolios, explore individual sites, and assess the impacts of different development standards and activities, all in real-time.

Keyland has long been a pioneer of sustainable development, leading the way with their Blueprint Strategy and Valuation Model, which has been instrumental in helping Keyland comprehensively better understand how to improve the impact across their portfolio for several years. By introducing their new ‘Blueprint Strategy’, Keyland aims to build on these strong foundations and supercharge their efforts to deliver more sustainable value and impact for the Yorkshire region, at a faster pace and larger scale.
