University of the West of England (UWE), Engagement and Strategy

UWE Bristol commissioned 3ADAPT to support the engagement of a cross section of the University’s stakeholders to explore what the university estate should and could look like in 2030.

3ADAPT developed the engagement approach and supported the facilitation and write-up of the UWE Bristol Estates 2030 Strategy Café. The session explored things that were good and bad about the estate at the moment (now), and the future aspiration for the estate. Drivers and barriers to change were also considered. All comments captured in the workshop were transcribed and themed. This work will help shape the UWE Estates Strategy and Masterplan to 2030.
