Tristram is a University of Bath graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He graduated into management consultancy where he developed a core skillset in project and program delivery whilst gaining a wider understanding of the requirements to engage and support long lasting organisational change. He is passionate about supporting organisations to overcome their barriers to sustainable development, not only in comprehending the social and environmental benefits but also realising the short- and long-term economic payoffs. Outside of work, Tristram is enthusiastic about all things coffee and wine, and the study of horology.
