Richard is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer at 3ADAPT, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing development of the Landarna app.

With over 15 years of experience in full-stack development, cloud computing, and geospatial technologies, Richard is instrumental in delivering innovative solutions for sustainable land assessment.

In addition to advancing the development of Landarna, Richard also works directly with 3ADAPT clients to create tailored software solutions. Recently, he leveraged his expertise in web development, API integration, and geospatial mapping to build a user-friendly portal for capturing planting areas for our client, TCV.

Richard combines technical mastery with a user-focused approach, ensuring that the Landarna platform meets the needs of its diverse user base. Whether developing scalable architectures, enhancing GIS capabilities, or optimising workflows, Richard consistently delivers high-quality, impactful solutions.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, bouldering, and proudly holds the title of the reigning bowling champion at 3ADAPT socials.
