Marysia joined 3ADAPT as Office Manager/Group Coordinator, a role that bridges operational support, administration, web content design, and communications.

With a wealth of experience in creative design roles and over 10 years as a Certified Product Owner in the Educational Publishing sector, Marysia has a proven track record in user experience design and product development. She is passionate about streamlining operations for 3ADAPT’s growing team, serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational enquiries, driving innovative web development projects, and fostering team connection through socials and wellbeing initiatives.

Currently, Marysia is leading a comprehensive review of the 3ADAPT and Landarna websites. She is shaping a new content and communications strategy, overseeing newsletters, blogs, and social media channels to enhance engagement. Marysia also supports 3ADAPT’s internal development team as needed, applying her skills in product ownership and quality assurance.

Outside of work, Marysia enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family. She has recently taken up pottery and loves attending live music and theatre performances.
