Job Title: Marketing & Sales Consultant – Landarna Software
Location: Flexible/Remote with occasional travel
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (with bonus/commission), depending on experience

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Consultant to drive the promotion and growth of Landarna. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and securing new clients within the local authority and private landowner sectors. You will be integral in communicating the value of Landarna to our target audience, supporting them in understanding how our software can enhance their sustainable land management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Landarna among local authorities and private landowners.
Identify and engage potential clients, presenting Landarna’s value proposition through tailored demonstrations and presentations.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target sectors, including local authorities, estate managers, and private landowners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the sustainable land management space.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and online content, to support lead generation and client engagement.
Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with software enhancements and client feedback.
Track and report on sales performance, marketing metrics, and client feedback to inform future marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the software, environmental, or land management sectors.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by local authorities and private sector landowners regarding sustainable land management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling way.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Desirable Skills
Experience with sustainability software or environmental technologies, particularly in land management.
Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and an understanding of local government structures.
Knowledge of sustainable land management practices and related policy frameworks.
Ability to create data-driven marketing strategies and evaluate their impact on business growth.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities for market growth and client engagement.
