Jamie Rendell is a Senior Sustainability Consultant at 3ADAPT, specialising in environmental, social, and economic sustainability assessments.
He helps organisations and landowners understand their impacts, quantify whole-life carbon (including Scope 3 emissions), and evaluate natural capital using tools like the Biodiversity Metric and Woodland Carbon Code. Jamie is particularly passionate about tackling land-based emissions, exploring shifts away from livestock farming, and managing land for biodiversity and rewilding to restore ecosystems.
Jamie has led or supported a variety of impactful projects, including the Woodland Trust's Carbon Baseline and Decarbonisation Strategy, Kew Gardens’ Sustainable Procurement Policy, and DEFRA’s land management impact quantification trials. He has also worked with Historic England, Yorkshire Water, and Affinity Water on decarbonisation and sustainability strategies.
When he’s not working, Jamie enjoys getting outdoors to explore nature, discovery new coffee and vegan foodie spots. He’s also a keen runner, always looking for the next challenge.
