About 3Adapt

Developing strategies that push the boundaries requires the best people. We are looking for a smart, talented, software developer who wishes to challenge the status quo, ask tough questions and find the answers to the issues we face as a society. We are seeking those with the ability and passion to think outside the box and shape a healthier and more prosperous future.

3ADAPT is a small B Corp-certified sustainability consultancy who are working on a number of high profile, aspirational projects. Our work involves working with organisations to enable them to be more sustainable. We work with large landowners, and those with significant portfolios of assets, as well as developing large scale master planning and building projects. We are looking for someone who is able to support the development of our leading analysis capability through developing our software as a service offering. This will be used by our clients to bring together diverse datasets, providing cutting edge analysis and enabling their organisations to become more sustainable.

Working as part of our small but growing team, you will get unparalleled exposure to diverse and varied workload. You will be expected to develop scripts, software and tools that support our services and can be offered directly to our clients.

We want to learn from those that we work with and share our experiences with people who are going to make a difference. You will be expected to support the development of our capability, and we are therefore looking for a 'self-starter', passionate about addressing complexity through understanding data and working closely with people to make change happen. Whilst the work we do is serious, we believe that we can still do this whilst having fun!

If you are interested in being a part of our growing team, based in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath, please get in touch.
